Printer under 200$$

my mom gave away our printer to a friend, and she decided she wants to spend 200 dollars on a printer. so would anyone know a REALLY REALLY GOOD printer that can print pictures in good quality, and have really good quality on everything for under 200 bucks?

Simple..... just look for a printer with the highest DPI at your price. Lexmark makes some real good printers for the $$ and the quality is great. I for one am a cheap turd, I got a Lexmark Z45 for $20 after rebates and it does a pretty nice job. The ink on the other hand is more than the printer, the black ink for it is $35 and the color is $40. I think I'll just toss the printer when I run out of ink and buy a new one for half the cost of ink :x
