My apologies, but I base my "Inner vision on this" http://www.viz.co.uk/latest/126vern/frame02.jpg http://www.viz.co.uk/default.htm?x=1 cwin 09-05-2003, 04:14 PM It was a toss up between ND and BigJakk... BigJakk won cuz he is nicer than some others...... :D ;) On a personal note... im feeling very strange today, who knows... on a normal day bpb mighta got the vote:p ConfusedAlien 09-05-2003, 04:31 PM you dont necessarily have to LIKE the person for him to be the favorite. me? my pick is BPB because even tho he puts down everyone, he gives out the best, most succinct response. Swordfish 09-05-2003, 04:37 PM pick my favorite and upset others.....they are all equally good.:D bob05 09-05-2003, 04:55 PM I like any mod who likes Nvidia and Intel, and I don't know of any (yet). ;) j.m@talk 09-05-2003, 05:28 PM I love most Mods ;) mireland 09-05-2003, 06:20 PM I voted BigJakk, well because I went "Eenie minee minee moe" j/k!!! http://www.fancysplace.com/smileys/56k.gif j.m@talk 09-05-2003, 07:36 PM I should get a graphic that says...................... <56 die ;) mireland 09-05-2003, 07:52 PM Originally posted by j.m@talk21.com I should get a graphic that says...................... <56 die ;) bushmaster 09-05-2003, 08:27 PM ME thinks we needs to find j.m. a smiley with a brown nose. With no suprise rangeral, Vern-Frazee, rmanet have no votes, as 1 has a daily post count of 0.25 or so, Another just over 1.03 and the other with a wopping 2.50  I love how these mods are picked and I could quote some certian people on saying these new mods will be doing lots of posting and what not, then hmmmmmm. They don't! Only 1 of those 3 have responded to a thread in the last 4 days. but eh.. Just the cynical and ever angry view of an intersting subject. ;) No offense is meant in this post in any way, if some is taken, well then edit it, cause you know you can. But have never had a problem with any of them. ConfusedAlien 09-06-2003, 04:10 PM well i think mods just CHOOSE not to respond. Because, when you get down to it, there really is no point. all the mods check out the posts, but just choose not to post. for example, when a thread needs to be closed, they close it. When a question needs to be answered, they wait for other members to answer it. And when a person does something incredibly stupid, they say something about it and close the thread. for example for THAT, see how gib was talking about SRJ and the other mods, and SRJ and ND came up. its just a matter of necessity. bpb just chooses to embarrase all of us. LOL:D he does that *sigh* thing. sigh to this!!! *baseball bat...WHACK!* Bigjakkstaffa 09-06-2003, 04:42 PM When a question needs to be answered, they wait for other members to answer it. I was visiting here for almost a year before that as well but didn't want to register .... In a few months this would be 3 years. 3 years and 6k+ posts. That's about 6+ posts per day. Lots of posts ? I don't think so ... BPB did it in few months :p Everybody can join the forums and get help from the best techies around. We have our Video, Storage and Networking Gurus, every section is covered ... some know better, some know more. And we all do it for free. Not only talking about the Mods staff, I talk about everybody. Maybe only Steve is getting paid, I don't really know about him :p Why ? Probably troubleshooting just keeps me in shape  We also have here some very nice company. Mutants occasionally come and getting banned, rest are cool and fun to chat with :t Answering all the questions ... would you answer the same question for 200th time ? No ... hmm  People should get used to first take advantage of the easiest tool given to them : the Search button. Which there must be 1 million threads on. I find it easier to use the search then type out a big long question, but. I'm with ND on this one Swordfish 09-07-2003, 12:40 PM Actually, somebody should make a thread like a "FAQ's" thread which says sometin about finding issues and their resolution...etc etc. and also make that a sticky. Maybe that would get some ppl's attention and we may have less of those repititive thread's talkin abt same thing over and over again. causticVapor 09-07-2003, 01:16 PM pfft... some people here have pi$$ed me off in the past, but in general the mood was good. But I think all us regulars are actually hoping to help somebody, but we all have egos, and need to allow for each others and be aware of our own. ;) As for the search problem, people especially n00bs, come here looking for answers. They're too inexperienced and confused to know how to search or research a problem. Most of them can be found on google FCS! I think we just need to be patient and check our attitudes, I'm prolly the one of the worst, and keep helping people gently along. 'Course we can always make them mindful or remind them of how to search :t sm8000 09-07-2003, 03:41 PM I think we also have to remember that Steve and Vernon are admins who actually work for sysopt, hence low post count and frequency. Oh, and I voted for Steve because he's got a cool name :D ichorid 09-08-2003, 03:35 PM cwin, sigs were disabled because they were being abused and they were making pages take too long to load. there was some talk about bringin them back just as a one-liner, like for a quote/tribute etc, but it never went anywhere my vote goes to jakk cos hes always there, in every subject. and hes thre only mod that is a regular in cpus and overclocking. no room to swing a cat.... rangeral 09-08-2003, 05:45 PM I voted for steve cuz I know him longerer. ND hit it rite, you do get tired of repeating the same answer a godzillion times, of course if you guys would start talking hockey then I'd be a jabberwockey too, fat chance of that.
