spyware locater???

i need a program that can detect and delete spyware becuase i have been getting constant pop ups lately and i think an internal program is the cause....thank you in advance :)

I use Adaware in addition to Spybot. You can get it here:

I also use Javacool Spyware Blaster to help prevent this stuff from installing. Get it here:

With all three of these programs, I have had good luck in keeping my system clean.

It might also be MSN Messenger or an app getting through Messenger. See below for HOW-TO for disabling it.
