I just finished my system yesterday and it rocks.

AAVID Celeron Fan
64Mb PC100 Ram
Quantum fireball 7200rpm 9.1 gig
32X CD-Rom

Another 64 Meg, for a total of 128 Meg, should be more than enough, memory wise.
After the memory, you might want to upgrade that video card w/at least a TNT card, or better yet, the TnT-2 Ultra, if you can afford it. I personally like CL. They seem to have the BEST driver support, from my experience.
Check to see if your 33.6K USR modem is upgradable to 56K on the USR web site. They have some downloadable software to check, if it is. That will give you some more performance over the web.
Is that Quantum the KA Plus? I hear it is a very good performing HD, from what I read.
Enjoy your system.

Nice system!
Yes, more ram would be good....Before you upgrade to a 56K modem,go to USR's website and run their "56K Line Test".This will let you know if your phone line/connection can handle 56K....A TNT AGP 16mb card would be nice(they like Intel CPU's).The 32mb TNT card may be too much $ for the performance difference....That fast HD could use something to cool it down."I Storm" makes a HD/case cooler that's quiet and moves a lot of air(it's a little expensive, though).Probably the best "Bang for the Buck"is the "Card Cooler".It too doubles as a case cooler(thecardcooler.com)....If your going to overclock your CPU and/or video cards you HAVE to have some good cooling....and last(it should of been first) buy a good UPS/surge unit.....Have fun!....DawgTuff.

Hey, I think a soundblaster live would be a nice addition. My buddy just got one yesterday, it can have full surround sound and 4 speakers + sub. Sounds unbeleivable ! many games support it too...
