The NASA needs to reshuffle itself and provide more safety aspects to its space missions in the future.

It ain't NASA's fault. All the parts are made in China nowadays. I say go after the boneheads that sold all the foundrys and shoe factorys to 'em in the first place.

Yep, the astronauts have complained for years that thier suits smell like recycled Nikes and the foam they used on the external tanks look suspiciously like compressed dried noodles. :rolleyes:
