I just installed XP onto a computer of a network of 4, now 3 have XP one is W98 2e. There is no problem with the 98 2e on the network.
The new XP(3) shows in the network neighborhood (NN) of the 98 comp but not on one of the other XP comps (1) and the other(2) I cant check right now.
I have run the network setup disk on 98 and on (1). All the IP directions are to find automatically.
On 98 NN it shows XP(3), but when I right click for properties it gives an error that it could not be found on the network.
Please help with possibilities/solutions to make the proper network connection.
