even if you don't have a DVI connector, you can buy a DVI to VGA adapter...in fact your monitor might even come with it

My suggestion would be dont... unless space constraints are a massive factor or somehting, i would just stick to CRT's

I have the Sharp LL-T19D1 19"LCD. Love it.
Pros: Like watching a big screen tv. I got a big chunk of my desk back.

Cons: .29 dot pitch. Not as sharp as my 17" .20.

Be careful though, on the cheaper LCDs the slower refresh rate can cause ghosting when playing fast pace games. I've yet to see it on my Sharp. Has a fast refresh rate. Also look at the brightness and contrast ratio. The higher the better. The Sharp is 300 cdm and 700:1.

I am running a 9800 pro vid card with both dvi and analog outputs. The Sharp has 3 inputs, 1 dvi and 2 analog. When I switch between dvi and analog, I do not notice much difference, maybe a little sharper image on dvi, but a slower refresh rate.

Sorry Bigjakk, got to disagree with you here this time.
