Seems like a little sense has come to SCO, but the statements provided by your article show that SCO has still not made up their minds entirely. They still say users are liable for intellectual copyright. Not over yet IMO.

The threat of a law suit served one major purpose though, Microsoft bought licenses to protect their own backside......SCO reeled in quit a bit of money so far just by threatening a suit.
