Hi all,
well my boss wants me to create a new user name for him as he has been running under "Administrator" forever. I guess somebody told him it wasn't safe or something.
At any rate, the problem in this is that although I can get his settings in the new uder accnt identical to his setup in "Admin" (or at least as near as possible), he wants all his stored info from Outlook 2002 including contacts, e-mails and calendar to be present under the new user.
Not only do I not know how to do this, but i've read that it's often times difficult to move info from the admin accnt to a non-admin accnt.
So my real question is this: is it really all that bad to be running under the "admin" user?
Backround info -> Win2k pro w/ sp4
Our office contains two machines (his and mine) and we're on dial-up (not only that but since we have 1 phone line, we're not online that much)
Now, if it's not that good an idea to be running under Administrator, I would appreciate any help in regards to moving his Outlook info to the new user.
Thanks guys..
