My son's computer can get online as well as I can, Mine is very slow. when I try and play a game on line I can't locate any servers, when he gets on he gets 40 + servers on his list, even when no one else is on mine dosen't work (no servers). We have a cable internet connection, when I hooked directly to the modem Mine would pick up all the servers, but when I went back through the router Nothing for me,
we both have 1.8ghz computers, his celeron mine P4. windows 98. we both have over 300 Ram, both Geforce 2 cards. I've played the game before. then puff something happen and now the router isn't working for me. but I can get on line. like I said it is slow though. any ideal what can cause this ?
