google-toolbar 2.0(beta?)-pop-up-blocker

i have successfully installed the new toolbar(extended version), although it was not easy finding the precise location at http://www.google.com.

i have done this on several pcs but on one i cannot see the blockings. i removed and reinstalled-without success.
i have norton antivirus,firewall, spybot search&destroy and spywareblaster.

are you sure you install the Google Toolbar 2.0 Beta?

only english version (also in non-extended version)has pop-up-blocker. spyware.info-newsletter told that there is an auto-update for software integrated which cannot be disabled at the moment. discussions are under way, say trustful sources
