Ok, I was wondering how you go about doing a peer to peer file transfer when you are behind a router. What would be the exact comand to go about doing that? I would appreciate it, thnx!

For me, if I want to use WinMX when I'm at home, I assign static IPs to the computers, then config the router to allow traffic on WinMX's ports to those IPs. Are you talking about doing this on a home router or on a big LAN like a campus?

Just a home computer, there are a few of us that would like to use that feature without using any server or program, there has to be a way, thats what I would like to know.
