My older PC PII 350, 128MB RAM, 6GB HDD has a problem with the virtual memory. Whenever it boots it displays a message telling me that there isn't enough virtual memory allocated (only 20MB). It tells me how to change it and I do, but it doesn't make a difference, I get the same message each time. It had worked for ages before that, and I have scanned for viruses. Can someone help me?
Here's a method to force the setting for the Page File size in Win2k. Give it a try...
