Free web host

I need to find a free or cheap web host for a buddy.

He needs to have a host that supports cgi, pearl (UBB board) and it needs to have enough bandwidth to handle 700-1000 hits a day. The speed needs to be decent and the up time is very important since the server he has now really sucks. 100MB's of space too.

100MBs of FREE space is hard to find unless it's something like NBCi.com (http://wwwx.nbci.com/mywebsite/)

Though... I doubt it supports CGI. If he's willing to spend $99/yr with free domain name registration (every year), check out http://www.readyhosting.com ... they offer sweet amenities for their below-avg price per month.

Well You only need to use Babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/translate.dyn) to get set up. Then I dont think you need to know.
