Can anyone tell me how to uninstall Windows Millennium Edition. My PC won't allow me to format the hard drive. I tried to install Windows 98 2nd Edition, but my PC would not continue to install as it says "This version of Windows is older than your current OS. The installation will be disabled." Please help!!!!

Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Startup Disk, and create a boot floppy.

But first, is your Windows 98SE a full version and not an Upgrade version?

You need a full version to do a clean install. Boot to the boot floppy, format the c: drive, then run setup.
