I'm considering upgrading my motherboard to say, the DFI LanParty NFII Ultra, or the GA-7NNXP (gigabyte). Although I'm open to suggestions here. Tomshardware.com http://www6.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20030721/nforce2_ultra_400-32.html gave the two boards favorable reviews.

My questions are:

1.) Will my one dimm of 512 2100 DDRM SDRAM be compabitible with these two new mobos or will I have to shell out mega $$$ for a 3200 variation?

2.) Suggestions for a new graphics card??

3.) Is the Athlon 3200 XP all that it's cracked up to be???

My humble, current system specs. (nothing to brag about here)
GA 7DX Aurora w/ 512 1 DIMM 2100 DDRM SDRAM
Athlon 1.4 GHz (non-XP)
Geforce 3 (64 MEGS)

Well, there's no such thing as "DDR2100". It's PC2100 or DDR266,

The Athlon 3200 requires PC2700 or DDR333 to run. In short, you can run any 133MHz CPU with the PC2100 RAM. If you want a 166MHz CPU, you need to upgrade the RAM.
