cannot find environment of cache\temp in msconfig-win98A

beside swapfile i have relocated cache\temp folder from c to d(new drive) in a windows 98a-system-pentium 133. to be precise: i created them

one of the steps is finding this environment in msconfig and adjust. but i cannot find it. what should i do instead?

Most of the "environment" settings are done in the autoexec.bat and config.sys files in Win98...

One would be:

Set Temp = D:\where ever (for dos apps)
Set TMP = D:\where ever (for win apps)

Temp internet files can be controlled in IE settings..

yes, i already received that tip. i was unsure because there was only an entry(in winme) when i changed default location. in win98A i didnt see one.

temp internet files. i know how to handle, the only point i am still unsure: does it matter where temporary internet files are located. directly in cache or in cache\temp-folder?
