They cost I believe its $148Cdn per test, as it is two parts. But I did mine for cost of nothing since we had an agreement with the school only to pay for exams that we fail, but if we pass then its free.

It costs $132 per test. Since you need to take two tests to achieve the A+, the total cost is $264.

There is a voucher program where you can get a minimum of 5 vouchers for $250. Check with your local community college.

Are you sure about that per test price? My friend just took it and it was $125.00 for both. He took both at the same time though. I don't know if that made any difference.

im not too sure but i know its somewhere around 120-140 bux i beleive. its in 2 parts.

It's worth the cost, IMHO. I would not study so hard, and would not have learned so much if it cost less.

Unfortunately, it is expensive. I'm studying for it now, via books only! No classes yet! I was told about $100 bucks and heard it depended on where you took it... I dunno. I'm using Michael Myers' All-in-One A+ Certification. It really is, an excellent book! Email me if you've taken this exam...I'd love to get some inside info!! cntrowland@coastalnow.net

In September, CompTIA is going adaptive. Get it done now. I just finished the A+ training and I'm about to purchase my voucher. Here in the Okanagan. We have 2 outlets authorized and one of them is "VUE" in Kamloops. They offer the voucher. $200.00 Canadian ($132.00us) Our CTAC outlet doesn't offer the vouchers. If you run into this problem, check around to who is offering the A+ certification exams and if the vouchers are available.
