We are aware of the server error problem that occurs randomly when you try to post a message. If you receive a server error after you post a message, instead of a confirmation screen, your message was still posted successfully! If you reload, or submit the post again, and again, and again, each time you do it, it will result in multiple posts.

So, until we can figure out why this thing happens, please try not to submit multiple posts.
