Shuttle AN35N - Ultra

I'm looking to buy this motherboard along with a barton 2500 333mhz. I want to overclock (hopefully over 2ghz). I have 512mb pc2100 in my old system that can't be used if I want good overclocking cpu wise, right?

I am then looking at getting a 256mb stick of pc3200 stuff (which is 200mhz) so I can get the cpu up to 200. I was lookin at some OCZ @ $56 and Crucial @ $53. The OCZ is CL 2 whereas the crucial is 3. Which is better?

Either one should work. Crucial performs better that specs indicate where OCZ often falls short. Still, I would try the OCZ.

I am planning to install this stuff into my old case that has a generic 300W psu that's just over 2years old. Seeing as how a new 450w psu is only $40 should I go ahead and get it?
