Question was presented about this mobo and the users inability to exceed 100mhz FSB.

I lost the thread, search was not succesful..

I had copied his mobo stats to go to MSI and look there.

At MicroStar's site http://www.msi.com.tw/support/manual/main.htm
Located in a dam .pdf file regarding the MicroStar K7-Pro(MS-6195)

quote
"The mainboard comes with 2 clock generators,
ICS9248-64 Bus Frequencies are 100,120,133
ICS9248-110 Are 90,95,100-125,133,140,150

IF you set this to manual, you can set the CPU frequency accordingly.

Wow, that's great! I might have missed that if you hadn't replied to it like that.
I have one of those too.

I also have the MSI 6195 and Doc, your info is correct. But realize, the board was only designed to support 100MHz. I have been running stable at 107MHz for over a year, but 108MHz and up is real buggy and unstable.

I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to a socket A board later this year.
