I never seem to be able to see my post on this forum that I have just made, until maybe half an hour later or something. I have had this probelm for a while now and have just bared with it. I have cleared my cookies on Sysopt as well as My IE many times, in the span of time that this has happened I have even reformatted and re installed my OS again (not for this reason though). I dont have this problem with any other forums.

I had a similar problem, and found out that it was my ISP caching pages, I sent them an email asking them to stop caching pages from SysOpt and the problem went away.

You might try the same thing. Just explain to them how dynamic the pages of SysOpt are. They cache pages to save on bandwidth use.

Your ISP may be serving you "cached" web pages instead of retrieving the most current version from SysOpt.

Hmmm..
I can't seem to find the thread that asked that same question you are asking.! But Socal and all the guys at the forums all agree that it was indeed my ISP caching pages.!

It seems to work OK with Netscape though but not that well on IE.!?!?!??

Go Figure....

Have you tried it on Netscape? Just press refresh and your post should appear.. not so in Windows (at least not for me.!).

Oh... if it works better with Netscape, then it might be Internet Explorer. Go to Tools>Internet Options>General>Settings and under "Check for newer version of stored page" tick the box for Every visit to the page

I've also had the same problem some time back in SysOpt where I wasn't able to see my posts. The next day, everything was back to normal.
