I have seen comps that have one 5.25 bay filled with a device that has a GamePort, and some other stuff like a usb port. What are these devices called and where can i get one.

Try Frontx at http://www.frontx.com I have one with the new USB port---pretty cool and a great help as I plug and unplug mic/headphone/usb on a regular basis sure makes it easy aint gotta go behind the machine now, shipped free FedEx from Malaysia for about 25$...

I got mine about 4 days after ordering, a great product...

Hey just looked at their webpage---they have serial ports to the front now also...
