Can someone teach me how to covert a partition of FAT 32 to FAT 16? Or how to create a partition to FAT 16? What software must I used.. would FDISK do the job?

To convert from fat32 to fat16 you need a program like Partition It or Partition Magic. Windows will let you convert from 16 to 32 but not from 32 to 16.
