Hi forum!:t

I have a MSI KT4V mobo, with 5.1 VIA 3059 Sound Controller on-board. The AC97 codec is ALC650. Recently I purchased Creative Inspire 4.1 speaker set. The problem which I am facing is that the sound level in the rear speakers is much less than that of front speakers, though I have set the driver for 4.1 setup.

I have tried everything I knew, but am unable to rectify the problem. :(

Any pointers, anyone?

Why not try to install the lastest drivers for the on-board sound?

The sound volume for the rear speakers is supposed to be lower. They are for effects only (echo and such).

nothing : I am also downloading the latest drivers.
