I have some Sennheiser which I payed about 60 for. They are the best that I have had for that amount of money, although they are more expensive than most brands they are rated very high.
They are much better than my Sonys that I had for around the same price.

Sennheiser is definitely #1, but they ain't cheap.

I had a pair of Koss RB65's with mic. Sounded GREAT, but the earcup were small and only covered up about three quarters of my ear and gave me a headache when I wore them for more than a few minutes. I paid about $60. for them. i returned them and got a refund.
Now I own a cheapo pair and the feel good on but the sound quality SUCKS. oh well........:rolleyes:
