Piracy - OEM licence and General license

I have just started a computer hardware business. it will be very helpful to have clear idea about OEM license and the general license. I came across this when looking for Win 98se operating system to be installed in my computers. I

I know that an OEM has to live and die with the computer it is installed upon

Look in the Windows Help files, which contain the Microsoft End User License Agreement and some limited information on OEM.

The UN "anandtech" has been disabled.

The person using this name will have to choose another UN and re-register.
