Automated Computer Setup (Pushing Software)

I have a need for a good way to automate my computer(s) setup. I have several notebooks in my company and need a good way to set them up. This setup needs as automated as possible. I can't use Ghost because hardware is different. Has anyone use LANDESK etc.... Thanks
