I have a window 2000 system with a local security policy which doesnt let people do anything but surf the net. Somehow someone changed the default homepage. I don't know how they did it because it is pretty secure. I tried the link at the bottom of www.searchnow.ws (http://www.searchnow.ws) and it didnt work. It just refreshed the page.
żżżżdoes anyone know how to set a page to be the default automatically when the pages load????...I want to see if there is a loophole past my security settings. I know there must be a ton of jscript and other code that can do this.

Thanks

GoHip.com was "famous" for that too http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum2/HTML/008736.html

I don't know much about Win2K, but I'm pretty sure if Java permissions are too low, clicking "Make <FONT COLOR="FF9900">SearchNow</FONT c> Your Homepage" would do exactly what it says it will.
