My Dad's a paperwork person, he keeps all of that stuff locked up in a fireproof safe. He has them all the way back to the 1970's, and 10 copies for each return. :x He claims that if the IRS asks any questions, then he won't be the one saying, "Oh, ****!"

Probably excessive but a good gesture with high safety margin nonetheless.

If you filed online you can go back on line and print a copy...Turbo tax ..etc.
