I currently have the original Cambridge Soundworks Desktop Theater 5.1. The old beige one, not the newer DTT2200/2500/3500. The design is such that all the speakers are passive and the Dolby Digital decoding amp powers them. Anyway, for the most part I'm happy with it, I get Dolby Digital sound when playing my DVDs through the Digital in/out on my SB Live! card. I would like more bass though. What sub should I get to replace the one that came with it? Do I need a sub that is powered or would that distort the bass? Thanks!
