I'm getting ready to give it a flight lesson, and I can't do that, I don't have another one! It's the MS optical mouse with 4 buttons and a wheel. It's starting to act like an old ball type does when the rollers get guncked up, maybe worse. Does this mouse need some kind of cleaning? It's causing me to double up on my meds... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif (J/K)

hehe there was a thread recently about "cleaning" an optical mouse.... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
Just wipe the bottom with a cloth and see if that helps. Otherwise...uhhh..reinstall the drivers...I dunno http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Ok so I wiped it off with my shirt. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif you missed the thread I had over the weekend re: best mouse drivers (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum1/HTML/014586.html) I did reinstall the drivers. It gets worse the lower my system resources go. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

Did it start happening after any change you made in your comp?
Did it all of the sudden happen or slowly?
Is your mouse under warranty?
