Bios Lock w/IBM Laptop

Anybody know how to reset the bios lock on an IBM Laptop( IBM 380 XB). Some fool set one and left. I know that this is a special case since IBM NB's are super sercure. Any cracks or anything would be appreciated. Thanks

Try removing the A: drive and both batteries below it ... I couldn't boot my laptop (IBM) because I lost the use of one of my keys (a very important one you see) so I tried everything, totally dimantled the laptop down to the system board, took apart the keyboard etc. This was the last thing I tried, and low and behold it worked! Good luck!
