The mobo is an AMI bios with the ff string:

61-0527-001437-00111111-071595-ALI1621-11621000-0

Tried the web but can't find it.

Hsin Tech is PC-Chips. You got an ALi chipset there, so it's one of

M729
M726
M726MRT
