is there any way of letting me use my forward and back buttons on my mouse with this browser? i have a MS intellimouse optical

I don't know, but I presume MS has optimise its mouse for Iexplorer.

Don't worry though, I got better news for you:

Opera 5.1:

Rigth click + move left -> forward
Right click + move right -> back
Rigth click + move up-down -> refresh

And visit Opera for a full list of shortcuts.

Now you can also change the extra buttons of your mouse to something more more usefull: copy/paste!

I have the exact same mouse with Opera 5.11, and if you install the A4Tech 4D++ mouse drivers (not the MS Intellimouse software) and disable the second wheel option, then it works by default I've found. Also, this software handles the scroll wheel better in my opinion.
