Some time ago, I added a logo graphic to my envelope printing in Word using Tools/envelopes/add-change document.

For a lot of letters, I do not need the graphic, but can't seem to remove it. I've used the same sequence as above, including the "edit picture" feature. I have tried the delete key and the cut command from the Edit menu, and the graphic goes away on the screen, but the graphic always comes back!

The only way I can stop it from printing is to disable the print objects feature in the tools/options menu.

The Word help menu is no help.

Help please!!?!

Thanks....

Sounds like you have a template made up for this, maybe make another template without the graphic so theres no confusion.

Thanks for the hint, Rangeral...

Yes, it turns out that the graphic had been added to the envelope template in normal.dot, which was the template chosen by default for all new letters/documents.
It took a little more research to learn how to modify that, but I was successful, finally. When I had originally added the graphic, it was supposed to be for one set of letters using a specific starting format--I don't know how I added it to the template as well.
