I got this from another board. download it here http://us.f1.yahoofs.com/users/9064339/bc/msconfig.exe?bcAUai7APmT0aEYh

You have to copy and paste it to your browser.
Then run it from the folder.
I haven't tried it but you can save it to your WINNT/system32 folder and it'll work by typing msconfig.
