Acorn Disc Image files to Floppy?

I got an old Acorn A5000 today, and I have a bunch of floppy disc images lying around, and I was wondering if there was any way to raw write them to the floppy drive.

If not, does anyone know of any RISC OS software that will browse the contents of a .ADF file?
