Hey sysopt, it's been awhile since i last posted but i still visit the forum regularly.

anyhow, could anyone suggest a good program that can let me edit audio files such as wav and mp3 files? im not looking for a ripper.

i use to have this program that allowed me to edit each section of a wave in separate channels but i forgot what the program was called.

thx in advance.

BTW what happened to the software forum?

Try Wavelab (http://www.steinberg.net/products/ps/wavelab/wavelab3/index.phtml?id=030106&sid=00321275) or Sound Forge (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/products/NewShowProduct.asp?PID=426) or Sound Forge XP. (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/products/NewShowProduct.asp?PID=460)

The software forum is here. (http://www.sysopt.com/cgi-bin/forum/forumdisplay.cgi?action=topics&forum=Apps+and+Operating+Systems&number=9&DaysPrune=10&LastLogin=)
