ok..sorry

narrowed down to two choices

either
OCZ Gladiator 3 w/ Silent Fan

or
Vantec VT-VA4-C7040 AeroFlow w/ TMD Fan AMD

If you don't plan on overclocking (can't overclock T-Birds all that well anyway) AND you want to save a few bucks..

I have one of these (A1 extension I think) on my older Duron 1GHz, works great. Then again, Athlon puts out much more heat that Duron, but as long as you don't overclock or put your computer in a cardboard box all sealed up, with no room to breathe ( :p ), you'll be fine. :D

Jawa's right, the 1.33Ghz Tbirds wont overclock much, so you may as well pick up a cheaper aluminium cooler from the lifes of coolermaster
