What causes a "Page Fualt in non-paged area"?

Means the computer couldnt read a page in memory.
Can mean your memory is faulty!!!

Thats what people keep telling me, but i keep testing my memory and it always sais its fine.

It's probably a corrupted page file. Boot from the Windows CD, choose the recovery console and CHKDSK X: /P /R (where X is the drive that the page file is on).

i checled my hard drive with the utility from the manufactorer. Would that be the same thing as checkdisk?

it's actually better than checkdisk IMHO.

You can correct the error as well by resizing your page file. Set it to Zero, reboot, and then set it back up again to it's original size.

You can also do a memory dump.

Just remember to flush:x

How do I go about doing a memory dumb? Just let it sit there the next time it BSODS?
