Trying to set up my contacts so i can use them as mailing label's, but when i use the label's/envolope option in work, everything come's up fine but there is the united states of america at the bottem of everyone, even though they are not entered like that. How do i default it so there is no country at the bottem of the label

Sorry...don't have an Office XP machine near by (using Outlook 2003 Beta...good stuff.)
But, I have an idea...see if this is available in XP.
I believe it is. Too bad you'll have to do this for every contact...so test it on a couple before you get buck wild..
Open a contact.
Click on the last tab, >All fields
Use the drop down for select from, and choose Address Fields.
Delete the entry for Country/Region, it should say USA by default if you entered an address.
Oh...and be sure to save and close the contact once you delete USA.
Not sure, but give it a whirl...let me know how it turns out.
