I swear, people who have to make large sweeping decisions are getting more and more retarded (sorry for no PC).

Been on vacation for a week and come back to work today for the first time. What do I find, the network techs rework our network printer setups so that every printjob must go through their office before it actually hits the printer.

What that means is every freakin print job takes 5 mins atleast to be printed out...and if that wasn't **** enough, we have no way of deleting our own print jobs now....Which worked out perfectly this morning when someone printed a 500 page pdf manual by accident...Now they can't delete it and ofcourse no one in the network office is answering phones. ARGH!!!!!

Just needed to blow some steam! :(

Ahh, gotta love upper management...I had a network admin who I swear had alzheimers..He would give me a list of tasks to accomplish, I'd accomplish them and then he'd ask me WHY I did those things..I'd say, cuz you told me to..he'd just look at me with a blank stare, harass me for awhile and then move on..what a P***k!http://www.fancysplace.com/smileys/smiley_gun01.gif

just blame it on the non-english speaking guy. :D

I once did that to pi$$ someone off.

Nothing says "You're Fired" than having that print off your printer instead of the document you want printed. What a great and humorous way to let off a secretary that thought it would be nice to watch dvd's all day long and listen to music and not work. The owner and I kept on wondering why the door was always locked, it's a government facility, you're not going to get robbed there! So he wanted to fire her but wanted to do it in a way where it would really tick her off. I'd say it was the best $20 I ever made :D
