ive got a toshiba satellite 1410 laptop

its got 1.5 celeron, 256mb ram, dvd-rom drive and winxp pro.
the specs say it has a bluetooth card installed but i can seem to get windows to detect it. the toshiba bluetooth manager keeps giving me a "Could not open the Bluetooth ACPI device driver (tosrfec.sys)"

any suggestions?
ive downloaded the drivers from toshiba but i cant find the device manager.

Hey square pants, just curious. What are you going to use the BTooh for?

what is the full model number of the laptop? 1410-s105? I looked the specs for the 1410 series on toshiba's website, but I didn't see any that came with bluetooth. even wifi cards are optional on those, so it makes me really wonder if it comes with bluetooth or not.l

why don't you know the model? did someone take the label off the bottom of the laptop? there should be a model number and a system part number. both would help.

are you using anything bluetooth right now? if not, I would say just screw it. :p
