it was working on Friday, but not now on Sunday. its a HP printer w/ printerserver installed on a router/4 port setup w/ static IP for the printer. I pinged it and its not there (192.168.0.3)-says destination host unreachable-and the reply is coming from another IP address-I see the dialup connection operating at the same time so I'm thinking the reply IP is my internet provider's computer.
how do I make my computer send and keep the request on the intranet and route it to the router/port instead of sending to the internet?
