Bigjakkstaffa 07-21-2003, 07:43 AM and why are you talking in large text :p --Jakk:t Swordfish 07-21-2003, 11:47 AM hmmm... seems he is really proud of it thats why the large font size , hehe. whizkid, could you please tell us your system specs? bblqj78 07-21-2003, 06:57 PM I have found that the chip speed in 3dMark2003...provides very liitle differene...if any..! The score is limited by the speed of the graphics card. Overclocking the processor and memeory on my system makes no improvements to score from 5000.....but overclocking 9700pro graphics can get up to 5600. Bigjakkstaffa 07-21-2003, 07:01 PM Yup, wheras in 3dmark2001, pumping up the CPU could massively increase your benchmarks, with 2003, its very much dependant upon your graphics cards individual ability, although obviously RAM and CPU do still have a part to play --Jakk:t bblqj78 07-22-2003, 09:01 AM I would guess that in this case then....that when testing an overclock on you graphics card....you are far better testing it running 3Dmark2003 than what you would using 2001. Does 2003 put a lot more load on ur graphics test. I have wondered this for a while. SysOpt.com
