Specifically on exporting a project, a 3 minute commerical to a quicktime format without the file being 100 megs. I checked the Adobe web site but their answers are a little vague on the subject. Are there any good books on Premeire that may help?

I've been looking for help on Premiere online for a while. I did see a decent $19 book at Borders the other day ( http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0201722070/qid=993683033/sr=1-2/ref=sc_b_2/104-4574909-3489512 ), but didn't pick it up cause I didn't feel like I needed it that bad at the time.

Anyway, you may want to look into the WMV format instead of Quicktime. A very good quality 20 second WMV file at 320 X ? comes out to be ~5MB.
