Theme changer for XP...

It been a long time snice I messed around with my desktop.

I'm pretty sure there been new program does that. Snice the last time I messed around with it.

Might you guys give me a list or give me the best program for theme changing.

Also I've been wondering why the hell did Microsoft not include something that allow user to customize their theme like they did for 98?

I use StyleXP at the moment, along with IconPackager.

Style XP, though there is a modified system dll which does the exact same job without the fee to pay
