I had a problem with my Windows Media 9 and now all of my phone numbers have vanished from my mediaring software phone book. I need to know how to get them back. I emailed the company but I don't know how long that will take. Can anyone help me with this problem? If I could get back the file or something that would be great. I can't call the ladies because of this. It was my little computerized black book.:(
