I have a user running a IMac using Netscape Communicator version 4 i think. This morning she was in the harddrive folder and somehow moved her mail folders the .snm or .sbd. So when she stared her mail program none of her information was there. She has several thousand emails in different folders and they are gone. I used Sherlock and found the different folders but even though they are in her mail folder none of the folders show up when communicator is opened. I am not very Mac proficient so how can we get communicator to recognize these files and place them back in the folder view.
